Experts say that for you to be more successful at keeping your new year’s resolutions you should be realistic and talk about them. So this year I’m taking losing weight off the table. Instead I’ve chosen the following:
- Be positive.
- Give back.
- Learn new things.
- Write
And if I don’t stick to them I expect some gentle nudges and, if necessary, a swift kick in the rear.
